How to start your cancellation
Contact our support team to begin. You can reply in chat or email support@bola.ai and let us know you would like to cancel. We will confirm your account details and send you a short cancellation form to complete so our team can process it.
What to expect based on your plan
Monthly plans: There is no cancellation fee. Once your request is processed, your account is deactivated and billing stops.
Annual plans: The terms in your Order Form apply. Depending on where you are in your term, an early termination fee may apply. We will walk you through the specifics for your account.
If your subscription is billed through Henry Schein One (HS1)
If you purchased Bola through Henry Schein One rather than directly from Bola, cancellations are handled through HS1.
