Step-by-Step Instructions
Online Banking Dashboard
1. Log in to your Bold.org account. Go to Bold.org and click "Login" in the upper, right-hand corner.
2. Navigate to the Banking tab. In the upper center bar, click on "Banking."
3. Select "My card". From the tabs on the left-hand side, select "My card."
4. Click "Lock your card". This is below "Set up Early Pay" and to the right of the Bold Debit Card graphic.
5. Confirmation message. After following the prompts, you will receive a confirmation message on the same page, indicating that your card is locked. Your Bold Debit Card graphic should also be greyed out, visually signaling it has been locked.
Mobile App
Open the Bold.org mobile app. Click on the app icon on your phone.
Log in with your credentials. This is the same username and password as your Bold.org account.
Navigate to the "Card" tab. Clicking on the "Card" tab pulls up a series of actions such as: “Show details, ”"Manage Pin," and "Lock card."
Select Lock card. Click on the "Lock card" button sitting below the Bold Debit Card graphic.
Confirmation message. A notification with a little green checkmark will pop up, indicating that your debit card has been unlocked. Your Bold Debit Card graphic will also be greyed out.
Customer Service
Call Bold.org customer support. Reach Bold.org's customer service at 833-238-7992, the number also found on the back of your debit card.
Follow prompts. Use the keypad to respond to specific prompts, ensuring you are directed to the appropriate representative.
Provide the necessary card and personal details.
Request to lock your card. Clearly state your intention to lock your card to the representative.
Confirmation message. The representative will verbally confirm that your card has been locked.
