Release Notes | September 12 | ETO 20.99.0

Updated this week

Overview

This release moves ETO forward with updates that reflect our new Bonterra branding, streamline integrations through enhanced APIs, and retire outdated tools like Crystal Reports. It's part of our continued investment in modernization, improved usability, and stronger system reliability so you can focus more on impact.

Retirement of Crystal Reports

To simplify reporting and support a more modern experience, all Crystal Reports have been retired. Your data remains accessible through Results Reporting, which offers greater flexibility and consistency.

What's changed:

  • Crystal Reports have been removed from the Standard Reports database

  • Hard-coded Crystal Report links have been removed from core ETO pages

  • Crystal Reports have been removed from the View Reports page, and "View Reports (Legacy)" page has been removed from the navigation bar

  • Old report links have been updated or redirected to new Standard Reports in ETO Results

These changes help deliver a smoother, more reliable reporting experience. For additional information, please visit the following articles:

Enhancements

API | Program Type Details

We've expanded API support to include Program Type details. The GetPrograms and ParticipantEnrollment endpoints now return both the ProgramTypeID and its display name, helping your integrations and reports stay accurate and easy to manage.

Branding Updates | Updated Logos

We've updated ETO with our new Bonterra branding, including the favicon, footer logo, and login pages. Your custom logos are still intact and unaffected.

Fixes

Referrals | Improved Error Handling

We've improved how ETO handles referral rejections. ETO now validates the reason for rejection to ensure only valid options are used. If a referral has already been rejected, users will see a clear error message, preventing duplicate actions and improving feedback.
