Updated this week

Overview

This release delivers a set of important bug fixes focused on improving the accuracy of HMIS data validations and client reporting outputs. The changes help ensure more reliable compliance checks and reduce the need for manual workarounds.

Fixes

Data Validation: False Warning for Clients Turning 18

We resolved an issue where the Data Validation tool incorrectly flagged participants who turned 18 during the reporting period, even if their program enrollment began after they reached adulthood. The validation logic has been updated to avoid raising warnings in these valid scenarios.

Annual Assessment: Incorrect Error for Missing HUD TouchPoints

We fixed a defect where clients were incorrectly flagged for missing annual HUD assessments, even when they were still within the 30-day grace period. The validation log now correctly accounts for the timing window, eliminating false errors for compliant assessments.

HMIS Data Pull: Extra Columns in Client CSV

We removed unintended "Female" and "Male" columns from the HMIS Client.csv export. These fields have now been eliminated to ensure proper formatting for external reporting systems.
