This release improves the visibility and ordering of TouchPoint responses, helping staff review recent activity more easily and take action with confidence.

TouchPoints | Recent response visibility with caching disabled
Recent TouchPoint responses now appear automatically when caching is turned off. Staff no longer need to select Load Old Responses to view the most recent activity, making it easier to stay up to date without extra steps.
TouchPoints | Response ordering on Dashboards
TouchPoint responses on Dashboards are now consistently displayed by Date Taken. This ensures Participant activity appears in the correct order, helping teams review progress and recent engagement more accurately.
