Grantmaker reporting dashboard now available

Understanding your grantmaking data just got a whole lot easier. Bonterra Grantmaker now includes a built-in reporting dashboard designed to help administrators track, analyze, and act on grantmaking activity—all in one place. With at-a-glance metrics and interactive visualizations, you can quickly see how funds are awarded, where they’re going, and how applications move through your programs.

This update is available to administrators with reporting access in Bonterra Grantmaker and can be found directly in the left navigation. Reporting permissions and existing workflows remain unchanged, so you can start exploring insights right away without additional setup.

Key highlights:

  • Built-in reporting dashboard with real-time, visual insights into grantmaking activity.

  • Metrics include total funds awarded, number of grants, approved nonprofits, application volume, and application status.

  • Funding distribution views by cause area, population served, and location.

  • Required date filters and optional grant filters that apply across the entire dashboard.

  • Interactive charts with hover details, full-width expand options, and easy access to summary data.

  • One-click export to CSV for external analysis or reporting.
