Enhanced Attachment Uploads for Paid Orders
We’ve improved the attachment feature to better support your creative needs. Artists can now upload larger image files—up to 100MB—when working on paid orders. This enhancement helps ensure your high-resolution artwork can be shared without compression or quality loss.
Improved Password Security Requirements
To strengthen account security, we’ve updated our password policy with stricter validation rules. When creating or updating your password, please ensure it meets the following criteria:
Minimum 6 characters
At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)
At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)
At least 1 digit (0–9)
At least 1 special character (@, #, $, %, !)
No three repeating characters (e.g., aaa, 111)
No spaces
🔄 Note: Existing artists can update their password anytime through Settings.
New Filter: “Order In Progress”
We’ve introduced a new Order In Progress filter to help you stay organized. This feature allows you to quickly access any orders that are not yet completed and still in progress. It ensures you never lose track of ongoing work and can continue seamlessly where you left off.
Request Pending Reviews from Completed Orders
Artists can now request reviews for completed orders that haven’t yet received feedback. This new option empowers artists to follow up on their work and encourages clients to leave valuable ratings and reviews, helping build trust and reputation within the platform.
