We noticed artists and customers alike found the inability to call one another slowed the project process, so we have created an in-app call feature to allow artists and customers to call each other without having to share personal phone numbers.
How to make a phone call
The phone call feature is activated when there is an open enquiry between artist and customer.
The customer has the option to send a "Request to call" invitation to the artist.
The artist will receive a notification that the customer is requesting a call. Click the phone icon to call the customer back.
Summarize the details discussed on the call by adding it to the message thread, so both artist and customer are aligned on next steps.
Tip: Once the call is complete, add internal details, comments, and notes related to the project by clicking the notepad icon to Add note. Notes are only visible to the artist.
The call back feature can only be accessed through our mobile app. Download the app to start using the calling feature.
