Off-platform orders are those that have gone outside the platform. This could be via phone calls, site visits, emails, etc. The system auto-marks these events as off-platform.

Quiet Off-platform orders have gone off-platform and have not been brought back to the platform., hence the quiet.

  • What is the balance in the Quiet Off-platform?

The Quiet Off-platform balance refers to the number of orders that are allowed to go Off-platform and can be Quiet on the platform. Each artist is assigned a certain limit, which decreases when their order is marked as Quiet Off-Platform Activity, resulting in a reduction of the balance. Once the limit goes to 0, new leads are auto turned OFF, until they come back to the platform.

  • What to do if my order is marked as Off-platform?

If an order is tagged as Quiet Off-Platform, it is advised to bring the conversation back to the platform or to submit supporting details which is reviewed the by system and the team.
