For large scale email changes
To request any of the following changes please notify your Teacher Success Manager about the expected changes and when you need the changes made. They will be happy to inform you of any additional information that may be needed.
Email domain change
If you are updating your email domain (e.g. '@k12.bookcreator.edu') to another domain (e.g. '@bookcreator.edu'), we can transfer your teacher and admin licenses.

βMerging email domains
If you are merging multiple domains, or splitting to separate domains, we can adjust teacher and admin licenses accordingly.
Changing login provider
If you are changing from one provider to another, we can transfer your teacher and admin licenses from the old provider to the new provider.
Important: For data security reasons, please do not send personal data via email - please contact your Teacher Success Manager or use the in-app support.
For individual email changes
For individual user changes to email address
If you log into Book Creator with an email and password and need to request a change to your email address, click on the blue support icon on the bottom right of your book creator screen or email support@bookcreator.com.
Contact Support
Look for the blue icon and click to contact the Book Creator Support Team. Choose 'I need help with my account' then choose 'Changing my email address'. You will prompted to provide the necessary information.
