Class View gives you a whole new perspective on your classroom libraries. It's a brand new page that allows you to see every book and every page at once, all in a single, streamlined view. Now you can quickly see what your students are working on, track progress, and see when a book was last edited, all in one place.

Using Class View

To get started, simply navigate to Class View using the toggle at the top of your library.

An image of the Book Creator library toggle with three icons. The third icon, of a document and pen, is selected.

Here, you'll see every book in your library. You can scroll across to see all the pages within each book, along with a timestamp showing when each page was last edited.

The page preview thumbnails update every few minutes, so you'll always have a fresh view of where students are making edits.

πŸ’‘ Top tip! Use Cmd/Ctrl + '-' to zoom out and see even more pages on your screen!

Select the books you want to review

Use the sort and filter tools to look at one assignment at a time, or to sort books by student name.

Quickly take action

When you see something you want to explore, just click on a page thumbnail. This will take you directly into the editor, where you can add to the page, leave comments, and interact with the elements like audio and video.
