If your browser is showing a message that 'This site can't be reached' or ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED then there's a few things to check in your firewall and web filters.

You might also see a network error message when you try to sign in, like the one below.

Sometimes a content filter will block the part of our app that we use to filter out bad words and you'll see a screen like this:

In the above case you'll need to make sure that the allowlists are applied to your content filtering software too.
