For individual accounts, you can cancel your subscription by clicking the avatar in the top right of the toolbar when signed in to Book Creator. Click on Subscription.

The image shows a profile page with the name "SUEWAN KEMP" and the email "<a href="mailto:suewan@bookcreator.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">suewan@bookcreator.com</a>". It also includes the text "1000 BOOKS", "Edit account", "Subscription", "Student logins", "Knowledge base", and "Sign out".

Then click on the Cancel subscription link in the popup. You'll get a message about the benefits that will be lost if you cancel. Click Confirm Cancellation and we'll cancel your subscription.Β

A screen asking to confirm cancellation of a premium plan. The text reads: "As a reminder you will lose these benefits when you cancel: Real-time collaboration, Support for co-teachers, Over 100 graphic organizers, 2 million royalty free icons, Animated emojis and teacher stickers, Interactive 3D models, Audience analytics for published books, Access to our in-app support, Unlimited libraries, Space for up to 1000 books."

If you decide to cancel but you have more than 1 library in your dashboard, you'll receive this pop up message which asks you to archive libraries. You'll need to select which libraries to archive in order to cancel the subscription.

A pop-up window with the title "CANCEL THE PREMIUM PLAN?". The text reads: "The free plan is limited to 1 library with 40 books. You currently have 3 active libraries. Please choose the library you wish to keep in your Teacher Dashboard and archive the remaining ones, then return here to cancel your subscription." There is a link that says "How to archive a library" and an "Ok" button.
