I can't verify my email address

What to do if you can't find the email we've sent to you to verify your account

The first thing to do is check that our email hasn't been sent to your Junk/Spam folder. You can search for 'noreply@bookcreator.com' and a subject of "Verify your email for Book Creator".

If you're certain that you haven't received your verification email, we can verify your account manually for you.

To confirm which email you need to verify, send us an email at support@bookcreator.com from the email you need us to verify.
