How to create a new member

To create a new customer in the system, follow these steps:


Navigate to new customer creation

  1. Go to Dashboard.

  2. select Members.

  3. Select + New member.


Fill in customer details

Upload Photo

  • Click Upload photo to add a profile picture.

  • Supported formats: *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png, *.gif.

  • Maximum file size: 10 MB.

Personal Information

  • First name: Enter the customer's first name.

  • Middle Name: (Optional) Enter the customer's middle name.

  • Last Name: Enter the customer's last name.

  • Email address: Enter a valid email address.

  • Phone Number: Enter the customer's phone number.

  • Birthday: Enter the date in the format DD.MM.YYYY.

  • Gender: Select the customer's gender.

Address Information

  • Address line: Enter the customer's address.

  • Postal code: Enter postal code.

  • City: Enter the city name.

  • Country: Select your country from the drop-down menu.

Additional info

  • CVR number: If the customer represents a company, state the company's CVR number.

  • Are sub-accounts?: Check if the customer is a sub-account of an existing master account.


Save member

When all required information has been filled in:

  1. Click Save or Create Customer to complete the creation.


Note

  • Make sure that the email address is unique and not already registered in the system.

  • All fields marked as mandatory must be completed.
