How to manage newsletters

Here you will find a guide to viewing and managing your newsletters. This helps you keep track of deliveries, opens, and content, so you can optimize communication with members.

Navigate to newsletter list

  1. Go to Dashboard:
    Open the main menu

  2. under the communication section, select Newsletter. :
    Here you will see an overview of all newsletters, their status and delivery details.

Newsletter List Features

  • Delivery status:

    • Delivered: The newsletter has been sent and received by the recipients.

    • Pending: The newsletter is scheduled but not yet sent.

  • Content and topics:
    View the topic and a short description of the newsletter directly from the list.

  • Statistics:

    • Number of newsletters delivered.

    • Open rates and click data (if available).

Management Tips

  • Segment recipients: Make sure newsletters are sent to relevant member groups.

  • Analyze results: Use data such as open rate and click-through rate to assess the success of the newsletter.

  • Schedule broadcasts: Use the system's scheduling feature to prepare newsletters for upcoming events or updates.
