How to view and manage news

This wizard will help you navigate and manage the news section of the system. Here, you can keep track of published news and create new posts to inform members about updates, events, and offers.

Navigate to news list

  1. Go to Dashboard:
    Open the main menu and select News.

  2. Find the Communication section:
    select News

  3. Here is the list of your news

  • Overview:
    See a list of recently released news, including their release date and time.

  • Details view:
    Click on a news item to read the entire text or edit it if you have the necessary permissions.

  • Manage news:

    • Edit existing news.

    • Delete old news that is no longer relevant.

    • Add new news to keep members up to date.

Tips for Efficient Management

  • Keep content relevant: Make sure the news is up-to-date and targeted to members' interests.

  • Use visuals: Add images or emojis to make the news more attractive.

  • Schedule releases: Use the system to schedule news that is automatically published at specific times.
