It works like this:
✔ Find the member you want to make an employee
✔ The membership and other data are retained – the member's profile is simply expanded with employee functions
Here's how:
Go to the member profile of that person
Click on the three dots in the top right corner
Select "Convert to Employee" from the menu that appears
Important:
The member profile is retained – this is where memberships and history are located
