How do I edit master data for my chain?

Editing master data for your chain is easy and fast. To update your information, follow these steps:

Navigate to master data

Start by finding the master data section:

  • Go to Dashboard → System Settings → Master Data.

Fill in or update information

In the master data section, you can enter and edit the following information:

  • Name: Enter the official name of the chain.

  • CVR number: Enter your CVR number.

  • Bundle: Select your subscription type (e.g. Premium).

  • Logo: Upload an image of your chain logo by dragging and dropping a file or selecting one from your computer.

  • Colors: Define primary and secondary branding colors by setting color codes.

  • Subdomain: Enter your subdomain (e.g. boxnavn.bookingboard.io).

  • App links: Find links to your apps on the App Store and Play Store.

  • Calendar integration: Copy and paste the integration code to connect your calendar.

Save your changes

After updating your information, make sure it is saved:

  • Click Save or Update to confirm your changes.


How do I configure general membership settings?

General settings give you control over member behavior and rules. Follow these steps to customize your settings:

Navigate to General Settings

  • Go to DashboardSettingsGeneral.

Enable or disable relevant features

In this section, you can customize:

  • Fines: Enter the fine amount for late attendance or no-show.

  • Class Restrictions: Define daily limits for registration.

Navigate to Integration Settings

  • Go to DashboardSettingsIntegrations.

  • Push notifications: Enter the OneSignal App ID and API Key.

  • Payroll system: Select your preferred payroll system (e.g. Danløn).

  • Bookkeeping: Select your bookkeeping platform (e.g. Dinero).

  • Access system: Enter access control keys (e.g. Danalock).

  • Analytics: Add your Google Tag Manager ID.

Save your changes

  • Click Save to ensure your integrations are set up correctly.

Effective communication is essential to keep your members informed.

Navigate to Communication Settings

  • Go to DashboardSettingsCommunication.

Customize Email Settings

Here you can:

  • Set no-reply email: Paste the email address that the system needs for outgoing messages.

  • Choosing email templates: Customize welcome, confirmation, and follow-up emails.

Save your changes

  • Click Save so that your members receive the right messages.


How do I set up billing settings?

To ensure correct transactions and billing, you can customize your financial information.

Navigate to billing settings

  • Go to DashboardSettingsBilling.

Fill in financial details

Here you can:

  • Set currency: Select the default currency (e.g. DKK).

  • Enter VAT Percentage: Define the applicable VAT.

  • Add bank details: Insert IBAN and SWIFT codes.

Save your changes

  • Click Save to confirm your financial settings.


How do I customize class settings?

For optimal class management, you can adjust attendance, visibility, and booking settings.

Navigate to class settings

  • Go to DashboardSettingsTeams.

Customize team parameters

Here you can:

  • Set max. active registrations: Define how many classes a participant can be registered in at the same time.

  • Set waitlist limits: Determine how many waitlist spots are allowed per day.

  • Adjust visibility: Define the number of days that can be seen on the calendar.

  • Adjust booking times: Set the time period for early booking and cancellation.

  • Enable late check-in: Allow participants to check-in after the class starts.

Save your changes

  • Click Save to activate your class settings.


How do I manage fines and fees?

To ensure fair rules, you can specify fees for registration, unregistration and attendance.

Navigate to Fine and Fee Overview

  • Go to DashboardSettingsFines & Fees.

Adjust Fine and Fine Amount

Here you can:

  • Set setup fee.

  • Set a break fee for membership.

  • Determine fines for late attendance and no-show.

  • Add referral bonus.

Save your changes

  • Click Save to confirm your fine and fee policy.
