This is because photos must be uploaded separately to the staff profile – even if there is a photo associated with the member profile.
It works like this:
✔ Images on member profiles are not automatically uploaded to staff profiles
✔ The image must be uploaded directly to the staff profile via the
✔ dashboard You must have a role with access – such as Owner – to edit
staff profiles
Here's how:
Go to Dashboard
Click on Staff
Select the employee in question
Click on the pencil (Edit)
Click on the circle to select image
Upload an image to their staff profile
