This is because photos must be uploaded separately to the staff profile – even if there is one attached to the member profile.
Here’s how it works:
✔ Photos on member profiles are not automatically transferred to staff profiles
✔ The photo must be uploaded directly to the staff profile via the dashboard
✔ You must have a role with access – e.g., Owner – to edit staff profiles
Here’s how to do it:
Go to Dashboard
Click on Staff
Select the relevant employee
Click the pencil (Edit)
Click the circle to select a photo
Upload a photo to their staff profile
