The referral bonus is not given immediately – it is only triggered once certain conditions are met.
This is how it works:
✔ A person can refer a friend via the app
✔ The referred person must fill in their name, email, phone number, and choose which class they want to book
✔ Both parties receive a confirmation email, if this has been set up
When is the bonus triggered?
🔹 Not at the time of referral
🔹 Only when the referred person creates a membership
🔹 The bonus can be seen on the referrer’s member profile under member balance
🔹 The amount is automatically deducted from the next membership payment
How do you set up the referral bonus?
Go to System Settings
Under the General section, activate “Enable referral bonus”
Go to the Communication section
Select the emails to be sent to:
🔹 The person referring
🔹 The person being referred
(These emails must first be created in your email templates)
Once setup is complete, a field will appear under Fines and Fees called Referral Bonus
Here you can enter the amount the referrer should receive
