What This Screen Does

This is the public-facing contact page where visitors or users can get in touch with your team. Think of it like a “reach out” card — it shows your office locations on an interactive map and provides a simple form to send a message. It is designed to make it as easy as possible for someone to find you or drop you a line.


How to Get There

  1. Open the dashboard or website.

  2. In the navigation menu, click Contact Us.

  3. You are now on the Contact Us screen.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. View the Hero Banner

  • At the top of the page you will see a large banner with the heading “Where to find us?”.

  • Below the heading, four office locations are listed with their country name and address:

  • This section is read-only — it is there to give you a quick overview of where the offices are located.

2. Fill In the Contact Form

On the left side of the main content area you will find a contact form with a friendly message: “Feel free to contact us. We’ll be glad to hear from you, buddy.”

Fill in the following fields:

3. Submit the Form

  • Once all fields are filled in, click the Submit Now button.

  • The system will:

    1. Validate that all fields have been filled in.

    2. Send your message to the team.

    3. Show a confirmation that your message was sent.

  • You will see a green “Message sent!” notification.

4. Explore the Map

On the right side of the main content area there is an interactive map powered by Mapbox.

  • The map shows pin markers for each office location.

  • Click a pin to open a small popup showing:

    • The office address.

    • The office phone number (with a phone icon).

  • Click outside the popup or press the close button to dismiss it.

  • You can zoom in/out and drag the map to explore different regions.


What Happens Behind the Scenes

You fill in the contact form and click "Submit Now"

Troubleshooting

“I clicked Submit Now but nothing happened”

  • Make sure all four fields (Name, Email, Subject, and Message) are filled in. The form will not submit if any field is empty.

  • Check that your email address is in a valid format (e.g. name@example.com).

“The map is not loading or shows a grey box”

  • The map requires an internet connection to load tiles from Mapbox. Check that you are connected to the internet.

  • If you are on a corporate network, the Mapbox service may be blocked by a firewall. Try switching to a different network or contact your IT department.

  • Try refreshing the page — sometimes the map takes a moment to load on slower connections.

“I cannot see any pins on the map”

  • The map starts zoomed out to show the whole world (zoom level 2). The pins may be small at this zoom level.

  • Try zooming in to the regions where the offices are located (Bali, London, Prague, Moscow).

  • If the pins still do not appear, refresh the page.

“The map popup closed and I cannot get it back”

  • Simply click the same pin marker again to reopen the popup.

  • Only one popup can be open at a time. Clicking a different pin will close the current popup and open a new one.

“I submitted the form but never got a reply”

  • Double-check that you entered the correct email address in the form. If you made a typo, the team cannot reply to you.

  • Check your spam or junk folder — the reply may have been filtered.

  • If several days have passed, try submitting the form again or calling one of the phone numbers listed in the hero banner.

“The page loads but the form fields are not showing”

  • This can happen if JavaScript is disabled in your browser. Make sure JavaScript is enabled.

  • Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page.

  • If the issue persists, try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).

“I see an error message after clicking Submit Now”

  • Read the error message carefully — it usually tells you what went wrong.

  • The most common cause is a network issue. Check your internet connection and try again.

  • If the error keeps appearing, wait a few minutes and try once more. If it still fails, contact support using one of the phone numbers in the hero section.

“The map looks different in dark mode vs light mode”

  • This is expected. The map automatically switches between a light style and a dark style depending on your current theme setting in the dashboard.

  • Both styles show the same information — only the colors change to match your preference.
