Learn how to securely share documents with individual members or specific groups using our Document Hub. Master access permissions and group logic in minutes.

Share a Document with a Single Member {#share-a-document-with-a-single-member local-id=“e55939ce-9114-4245-a8a6-2d1c1938a9e3” =“” pm-slice=“1 4 []”}

Best for sharing confidential or member-specific information, such as contracts or personal progress reports.

  1. Navigate to Profile: Go to the specific Member Profile of the person you wish to share with.

  2. Access Documents: Click on the Documents tab to view files currently available to this member.

  3. Upload: Click the + button in the Personal Documents section.

  4. Confirm: Once uploaded, the document is immediately visible to the member in their app.


Share a Document with Groups {#share-a-document-with-groups local-id=“01fe6a88-c17c-4514-a46b-e725c7c766f9” =““}

Best for sharing general resources with specific membership types, employee roles, or groups.

  1. Open Document Hub: Navigate to the Document Hub from the main menu.

  2. Add New File: Click the Add button.

  3. Details: Enter a document name, set the folder path, and upload your file.

  4. Set Access: Use the Access section to define who can see the file based on the logic below.

Understanding Access Logic {#understanding-access-logic local-id=“c387a2ef-4fda-4961-994a-145bbe16be3a” =““}

The system uses "Aggregating" (OR) logic within a category and "Partitioning" (AND) logic across different categories:

OR

If you select "Membership A" and "Membership B," anyone in either group can see it.

Cross-Category

AND

If you select "Membership A" and "Receptionist," only users who hold both that membership and that role can see it.

Tip: Always double-check your cross-category selections to ensure you aren't accidentally restricting a document too heavily.
