1. Go to Insights
From the dashboard homepage, scroll down until you see the section called Insights.
2. Open Reports
Click Reports to open your list of available financial and member reports.
3. Select “Revenue – Paying Members”
Find the report named Revenue – Paying Members.
This report shows all members who are currently paying or expected to pay.
4. Choose Your Time Period
At the top of the report, select the month or time period you want to view.
For example: January or February.
5. Open the Menu
Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the report.
6. Check Aggregation Settings
Under Aggregation, make sure the correct option is selected (usually “Sum”).
7. Find the Total Expected Revenue
Look at the blue total column at the bottom.
This shows you the total expected income for the period you selected.
That’s it — you now have your monthly expected revenue!
