How to Fix Danalock API Connection Issues

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1 — Go to System Settings

  • From the Dashboard, open the left menu

  • Scroll all the way down

  • Click System Settings

Step 2 — Open Third-Party Integrations

  • Look for Third-Party Integrations

  • Find the section called Access Control System

Step 3 — Reset the Integration

  1. Under Access Control System, choose None

  2. Click Save

Step 4 — Re-enable Danalock

  1. Go back to Access Control System

  2. Select Danalock

  3. Click Save again

Step 5 — Finish Setup in Danalock App

Open the Danalock app and complete the setup.
Your connection should now work.
