Locate the member you want to work with.
Open their profile.
Go to the “Memberships” tab.
Here you will see all the subscriptions the member currently has.

Put Membership on Hold
Used when the member needs a temporary pause.
The system automatically calculates dates and fees according to your rules.
Change Membership
Used for upgrades or downgrades.
The system ensures correct calculations and start/end dates.
Cancel Membership
Used when the member wants to terminate permanently.
The system automatically sets the correct cancellation date.
4. Additional information
Membership Type
Shows which subscription type the member has, created under Subscriptions.
Audit Log
Shows:
What changes were made
Who made them
When they were made
Useful for transparency and history.
Edit (advanced)
Allows manual editing.
Generally not recommended, as the system does not calculate dates or prices automatically for manual changes.
