1. Find the membership
Locate the member you want to work with.
Open their profile.
Go to the “Memberships” tab.
Here you will see all the subscriptions the member currently has.

Each membership has three dots on the right-hand side.
Click them to open the menu.
The available actions depend on the membership’s status, but for an active membership, you will typically see:

Change start date
Used to adjust when a membership should start.
Applies mainly to inactive memberships
Can be used to correct setup mistakes before activation
Cancel creation
Stops the membership from being created or activated.
Used if the membership was created by mistake
Effectively removes the setup before it becomes active
Change renewal date
Changes when the next payment or renewal is charged.
Used to adjust billing cycles
Does not necessarily affect access immediately
Change discount
Add, update, or remove a discount on the membership.
Can be used for promotions or manual adjustments
Overrides standard pricing if active
Cancel membership
Cancels an active membership.
Immediately or at end of billing period depending on configuration
Member loses access according to cancellation rules

Always double-check the membership status before applying changes.
4. Additional information
Membership Type
Shows which subscription type the member has, created under Subscriptions.
Audit Log
Shows:
What changes were made
Who made them
When they were made
Useful for transparency and history.
Edit (advanced)
Allows manual editing.
Generally not recommended, as the system does not calculate dates or prices automatically for manual changes.
