How to get here

  1. Click the search field at the top of the page.

  2. Select Book a trial class.

You are now on the Book a guest screen.

Step-by-step guide

1. Fill in the guest's name

These three fields are shown at the top of the form in a row: First name (Required): The guest's first name. Middle name: Middle name if they have one. Leave it empty if not. Last name (Required): The guest's last name.

2. Enter contact details

Email address (Required): A valid email address (e.g. name@example.com). This is linked to the guest's account. Phone number (Required): The guest's phone number.

3. Enter date of birth (optional)

Click the Date of birth field to open the date picker. Select the guest's birthday. This field is optional — skip it if you do not have this information.

4. Select gender

Open the Gender dropdown. Select one of the three options: Male, Female or Unspecified. This field is required.

5. Enter the guest's address (optional)

These fields are all optional but useful for keeping complete records: Address line: Street name and number. Postcode: Postcode. City: City name. Select a country: Start typing a country name and select it from the list. Each option shows a flag, country code and phone prefix. Defaults to the country for your currently selected centre.

6. Select a class

Open the Class dropdown. You will see a list of upcoming classes for the next 28 days, sorted by date. Each option shows the class name followed by the date and time in brackets (e.g. Yoga Basics (12 Feb 2026 10:00)). Select the class the guest will attend. This field is required — you must select a class before booking.

7. Book the guest

Click the Book guest button at the bottom right of the form. The system will: Validate all your inputs. Create the guest record and book them into the selected class. Redirect you to the guest's member profile page. You will see a green Guest booked! notification at the bottom of the screen.
