What This Screen Does
This is where you see all the gym locations (also called “centers” or “branches”) that belong to your organization. Think of it like a directory of all your physical locations laid out as cards. From here you can browse through your gyms and, if you are an administrator, add a new one.
How to Get There
Open the dashboard.
In the left-hand menu, click Gym.
You are now on the Gym List screen.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Browse Your Gyms
When the page loads, you will see a grid of gym cards.
On a large screen the cards are arranged in three columns.
On a medium screen they appear in two columns.
On a small / mobile screen they stack into one column.
Each card shows a summary of one gym location. Click a card to open that gym’s details.
2. Page Through Results
If you have more than eight gyms, a pagination bar appears at the bottom of the list.
Use the numbered page buttons to move between pages.
The pagination is centered on the screen for easy access.
3. Add a New Gym (Admin Only)
If you have an Admin role, you will see a + New gym button in the top-right corner of the page.
Click + New gym to go to the gym creation screen.
If you do not have Admin privileges, this button will not appear.

Troubleshooting
“I do not see any gyms on the page”
Your organization may not have any gym locations set up yet.
If you are an Admin, click + New gym to create your first location.
If you are not an Admin, ask an administrator to add a gym.
“I do not see the + New gym button”
This button is only visible to users with the Admin role.
If you believe you should have Admin access, contact an existing administrator or the account owner to update your role.
“The gym cards are not loading or the page looks empty”
Try refreshing the page in your browser.
Check your internet connection — the gym data is loaded from the server when you first log in.
If the problem continues, clear your browser cache and log in again.
If it still does not work, contact support — the server may be experiencing issues.
“I clicked a gym card but nothing happened”
Make sure you clicked on the card and not in the empty space between cards.
If the page freezes or shows an error, refresh and try again.
Check that you have permission to view gym details — some roles may have restricted access.
“The pagination is not working correctly”
Pagination only appears when there are more than eight gyms in the system.
If you have exactly eight or fewer, there is no need to paginate and no page buttons will show.
If the buttons appear but do not respond, try refreshing the page.
“The page layout looks broken on my device”
The gym list uses a responsive grid that adapts to your screen size.
On mobile you will see one card per row, on tablets two per row, and on desktop three per row.
If the layout still looks wrong, try resizing your browser window or checking your zoom level (set it to 100%).
“I created a new gym but it does not appear in the list”
The gym list reads from the application store. Try navigating away from the page and coming back.
If the gym still does not appear, refresh the entire page to reload the data from the server.
Make sure the gym was saved successfully — you should have seen a success notification when you created it.
