How to get here

1. Open the Booking Board app.

2. Tap Classes in the bottom navigation bar.

3. Find the class whose programme you want to see and tap it.

You are now on the Class Programme screen.

Step-by-step guide

1. Loading the screen

When the screen opens, a loading indicator (a spinning circle) is shown while the class data is fetched from the server. The class name is shown at the top of the app bar already during loading. If an error occurs during loading, an error screen is shown with a button to try again (see the Error screen section below).

2. App bar (top bar)

The app bar shows the class name and provides access to important actions.

Back arrow: Tap to go back to the previous screen.

Class name: Shows the name of the class whose programme you are viewing.

Feedback button: Opens feedback options for the class. Icon shows a person with a speech bubble.

Check-in button: Only visible to coaches. Tap to open the check-in screen and register participants. Icon shows people with a checkmark.

3. Today's programme (without tabs)

If you are a regular member (not a coach), or if no coach notes have been added, the programme is shown directly without tabs. The heading "Today's Program" is shown at the top. Below it, all exercises in the programme are listed.

For each exercise you see:

Exercise title: The name of the exercise, shown in bold text.

Training type abbreviation: A short abbreviation for the type of training (e.g. "AMRAP", "EMOM"), shown in grey text on the right.

Exercise description: A detailed description of the exercise, which may contain formatted text (HTML).

4. Today's programme (with tabs)

If you are a coach and coach notes exist for the programme, two tabs are shown at the top below the app bar.

Today's Program: Shows the same list of exercises as described above.

Coaches Notes: Shows notes from the coach — instructions, tips or focus areas for the class.

Tap a tab to switch between the programme and coach notes. You can swipe left or right to switch between tabs.

5. Coach notes

Coach notes are shown as formatted text (HTML content). These notes are only visible to users with coach permissions. The notes may contain instructions, focus points, scaling or other notes for the coach.

6. Add result

The "Add Result" button is shown below the exercises, but only if the following conditions are met: you are registered for the class and have checked in (status: on time or late), and the class has started or starts within the next 15 minutes. Tap "Add Result" to open the results screen. The app navigates to the results screen with the class programme and lets you enter your results. When you save, you return to the programme screen. You will see the confirmation: "Results has been saved".

7. Feedback

Tap the feedback icon in the app bar to give feedback on the class. The feedback button may change appearance depending on whether you have already given feedback.

8. Check-in (coaches only)

If you are a coach, a check-in icon (people with a checkmark) is shown in the app bar. Tap the icon to open the check-in screen. Here you can register which participants have shown up for the class.

9. No programme available

If no programme has been released for the class, the message "No program release for class" is shown. You can still see the app bar with the class name and use the feedback and check-in buttons. Pull down on the screen to refresh if the programme has not yet been published.

10. Error screen

If the class data cannot be fetched, an error message is shown: "Class isn't available". Below the message there is an "Update" button. Tap "Update" to try loading the class data again.

11. Pull to refresh

You can pull down on the screen (pull-to-refresh) to reload all the class data. This updates the programme, participant list, your account information and feedback.
