How the solution works
Instead of instalments, you create a time-limited membership with monthly payment.
Example:
Membership: 12 months
Payment: monthly charge
Price: spread over the period
How to set it up
Create a new membership.
Select a fixed price per month.
Set the membership to run for a fixed period (e.g. 6, 12 or 24 months).
Activate automatic renewal or a fixed end date depending on the setup.
Important
This is not an actual instalment agreement.
The member still pays monthly like a regular subscription.
Access follows the active payment period.
Always remember to set an end date so the membership does not continue beyond the agreed period.
Recommendation
Use fixed periods (e.g. 6 or 12 months) so that both price and commitment are clear for the member and easy to manage in the system.
