How to cancel a class
Open the class you want to cancel in the app.
At the top of the page, tap the calendar with an X icon.
Tap the icon to cancel the class.
A confirmation window will appear where you need to:
Confirm that you want to cancel the class
Select the reason for the cancellation
Confirm the cancellation.
What happens next?
Once the class has been cancelled, it will be marked as cancelled in the system, and members will be handled according to your gym's settings and notification preferences.
