I can't open a class template

Problem

Clicking a class template in the list does not open it.

Possible cause

This is typically caused by missing permissions to view or edit class templates, or a temporary network error that prevents the page from loading.

Solution

  1. Reload the page and try again.

  2. Check your internet connection.

  3. Contact your administrator to confirm that you have the necessary permissions.
