The class was not created

Problem

You clicked Save but the class does not appear in the calendar or list view.

Possible cause

A network error, server error or temporary timeout may prevent the class from being created correctly. It may also be because the date range in the view does not include the date you created the class on.

Solution

  1. Check your internet connection.

  2. Try creating the class again.

  3. Check that the date range in the calendar includes the date the class was created on.

  4. Reload the page and see if the class appears.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The class date and time.

  • Any error messages you received.

  • When the issue occurred.
