A class isn't showing up

Problem

A specific planned class does not appear in the calendar even though it should be there.

Possible cause

The class may be outside the displayed date range, or it may be filtered out by a location or search filter. It may also mean that the class has not been scheduled correctly in the system.

Solution

  1. Check that the date range includes the date of the class.

  2. Remove any active location and search filters.

  3. Verify that the class has been created and scheduled correctly in the system.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The class name and scheduled date.

  • The active date range and any filters.

  • When the issue occurred.
