Problem
The Discount amount or Discount percentage column shows no value for a discount code.
Possible cause
A discount code uses either a fixed amount or a percentage — not both. If Discount amount has a value, Discount percentage will be empty and vice versa. This is the expected behaviour.
Solution
No action is needed — this is normal. If you want to change the discount type, click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Edit.
