Problem
The edit screen shows an empty form or data that is not up to date.
Possible cause
The discount code data is fetched from the server when the page loads. A slow internet connection may delay loading. It may also be because the discount code was recently deleted by another user.
Solution
Reload the page and wait for the data to load.
Go back to the discount code list and click the discount code again.
Check your internet connection.
Contact your administrator if you think the discount code has been deleted.
