Problem
The Available in centres dropdown is empty and shows no centres.
Possible cause
At least one centre must be set up in the system before you can create a drop-in type. If no centres exist, the dropdown is empty.
Solution
Check that your centre is configured under Centre settings.
If you are new to the platform, set up a centre first.
Reload the page and check whether the centre now appears.
