Problem
The Availability in centres field shows no centres to select.
Possible cause
At least one centre must be set up in the system before you can select one. The field defaults to the currently selected centre — if nothing is selected globally, the list may appear empty.
Solution
Check that a centre has been created under Centre settings.
If you are new to the platform, set up a centre first.
Reload the page and check that the centre list loads correctly.
