    • Ensure your targeting aligns with your ideal guest profile. Leverage Targeting Automation to reach your most valuable guests. The system optimizes bids based on factors like device, check-in dates, and travel window.

    • Ensure your property listing is compelling with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions. Keep your listing updated with current information and visuals to attract potential guests.

Low ROAS

  • Challenge: Wanting to improve the profitability of your ads.

  • Recommendation:

    • Maximize ROAS by leveraging Advertiser Recommendations found in your dashboard. Take action on the data-driven alerts and address both early warning and critical issues promptly.

    • Experiment with different bidding strategies to find the right balance between spend and return. Set clear ROAS targets and monitor progress closely to ensure you're meeting your financial goals. Consider using Bid Automation to adjust bids in real-time for better placement.

    • For a good balance of exposure and return, aim for a ROAS goal of 10. If you've enabled Automation, your bids will be optimized to reach this target.
