Find out how to customise your contact form and check the messages you have received from your website with these simple steps.
Step 1: Click ‘Website’.
Click ‘Website’ in the left-hand panel of Bookipi Web app.
Step 2: Click ‘Contacts’.
Navigate to the 'Contacts' section (the callout icon) in the sidebar.
A red dot notification will appear on the icon if you receive a new message through your website.
Step 3: Select the 'Customize form' tab to customise your contact form.
To edit your form, click on the 'Customize form' tab. This tab lets you specify which fields are required for customers to complete when they contact you.
This is how the form will appear on your website once it is published.
Step 4: Select the 'Submissions' tab for your list of contacts.
To view your contacts, click on the 'Submissions' tab. This tab shows a list of all customers or potential clients who have contacted you by submitting their information through the contact form or email form on your website.
To delete a contact, click the ellipsis button in the Actions column of the contact you want to remove and select ‘Delete’.
To download your customer list as a CSV, click the 'Download list' button next to the search bar.
Step 5: Click 'Save' and 'Publish'.
If you make any changes to your website, it's important to save and publish it again to apply the updates.
