How to enable the contact buttons and contact form in Bookipi AI Website Builder
Learn about the options and steps to enable the buttons and contact form on your website by following these simple steps.
Step 1: Click ‘Website’.
Click ‘Website’ in the left-hand panel of Bookipi Web app.
Step 2: Click ‘Edit’.
From your website overview, hover over your site and click ‘Edit’.
Step 3: Select ‘Manage contents’.
Hover over the section where you want to manage buttons and click ‘Manage contents’ in the top-right corner.
Step 4: Manage and enable buttons.
First, ensure the ‘Button’ option is enabled. Then select the type of button you want and customize the button text as needed:
Contact Form: Allows customers to submit their information through your website. Submitted details can be viewed in the Contacts section of your dashboard.
External Link: Directs customers to another website. Enter the destination URL in the Button URL field.
Email Form: Lets customers provide only their email address, so you can contact them. Submitted emails appear in the Contacts section.
Link to Page: Redirects visitors to a specific page on your website. Select the page you want to link from the available options.
Step 5: Click ‘Publish’.
Your changes are saved automatically. When you’re ready to go live, click ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’ if your site is already published.
All visitors to your website who contact you by submitting their information through the contact form and email form will be added to your contact list and can be viewed under the 'Submissions' tab in the 'Contacts' section of your dashboard.

A: Yes. In addition to being stored in the Contacts section of your dashboard, messages submitted through your website form will also be forwarded to your email.
Q: How can I test if the contact form is working on my website?
A: The contact form feature is not active in the website preview. To test it, you need to publish your website and check it on the live version.
