Forgot Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it during sign-in using your registered email address.

How to reset your password

  1. Go to the Sign In page on Bookmyhelp.

  2. Click on Forgot Password.

  3. Enter your registered email address.

  4. Click Send Reset Link / OTP.

  5. Check your email for the One-Time Password (OTP).

  6. Enter the OTP on the verification screen.

  7. You will be redirected to the Reset Password page.

  8. Enter your New Password.

  9. Re-enter the Confirm Password.

  10. Click Submit to complete the process.

Important notes

  • The OTP is valid for a limited time.

  • Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.

  • Your new password should be strong and different from previous passwords.

Once submitted successfully, you can log in using your new password.


Password Management

Keeping your password secure protects your account from unauthorized access.

Change your password

You will need:

  • Current Password

  • New Password

  • Re-enter New Password

Steps

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Password.

  3. Enter your current password.

  4. Create a new strong password.

  5. Confirm the new password.

  6. Click Update Password.

Password tips

  • Use at least 8 characters.

  • Include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

  • Avoid using personal details like your name or phone number.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a verification code in addition to your password.

How to enable 2FA

  1. Go to Account Security.

  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication.

  3. An OTP will be send to registered phone number.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.

Recommended: Enable 2FA to prevent unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.
