Parking Charges
Materials and supplies may be charged separately if needed for the task, and you can request a receipt for any purchased items. Small, low-cost items may be covered at the helper’s discretion.
If the helper needs to purchase parts or materials during the service, the time spent traveling to and from the store will be counted as part of the working time. In cases where the store is at a significant distance, the helper may also request reasonable compensation for fuel or travel-related costs, which should be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Customers are responsible for providing free and safe parking for the handyman. If paid parking is required, the cost will be borne by the customer.

Service Warranty
Bookmyhelp stands behind the quality of our handyman services. We offer a 30-day service warranty on workmanship-related issues for the task completed during your booking. If something wasn’t installed correctly or the same problem reoccurs due to the service provided, please contact our Support team within 30 days so we can review and help resolve it.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, issues related to customer-supplied materials, or new/unrelated problems that arise after the service. Warranty support is subject to the nature of the work performed and will be handled fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our rescheduling and cancellation terms fair for both customers and helpers. These guidelines help protect the helper’s reserved time while giving you flexibility when needed.
Rescheduling is usually free when done in advance, and helpers are often flexible in adjusting the time on the booking day based on availability. Most convenient way of getting things done is through chat with helper.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. If a booking is canceled within 12 hours, a charge equivalent to one hour of service pay may apply to compensate the helper for reserved time and missed opportunities.
