Rescheduling & Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Bookings canceled within 12 hours may incur a cancellation charge to compensate the helper for reserved time.
Service Warranty
Bookmyhelp stands behind the quality of our services. We offer a 15-day service warranty on workmanship-related issues for the task completed. If the installation is not secure or the same issue occurs due to our service, contact our Support team within 15 days so we can review and help resolve it.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, pre-existing wall or TV issues, or new/unrelated problems after installation. Warranty support is handled fairly on a case-by-case basis.
