Camp Marketing Tip #10: Set Up Automated Follow-Ups

At the end of a customer’s booking block, Pebble can automatically send a ‘Thank You’ email with a prompt to rebook.

You can:

  • Add your Provider Page link

  • Include a new offer or discount

  • Share your landing page for upcoming sessions

To set this up:

  1. Go to the 'communications' tab

  2. Select the pencil icon on the 'Thank You for Coming' email

  3. Turn this on and customise your message

  4. Don't forget to press save changes

This is a great way to fill later weeks in summer, without having to remember to follow up manually.

Remember, this will only go to people who have opt-in to marketing.
