What would my customers see?

Go on, play around with it!

  • Your customers can combine Block (one week-long) bookings with Single day bookings and check out in one go:

  • Your customers can book one or more camp weeks across any holiday period in one transaction by adding them to the basket

  • Your customers can select Add-Ons once in the check-out flow to customise their order

πŸ’‘ Top Tip!

  • For a Β£10 discount when booking 2x camp weeks, try applying code TWOWEEKS at the end of checkout

  • This code can be customised to only work on block or single day bookings, or both

  • This code is restricted so that it only works on THIS activity page

  • Here's the setting you should use when creating your code:

How can I set this activity up for myself?

  1. Add key information about your camp to the Details tab

    1. We recommend naming the activity with the location as the main signifier. For example: Pebble School Camps. This is because you can create all of your seasonal camps throughout the year in the same page.

  2. Check the Block, All Days, and Individual Booking options

  3. Use Schedules to create each of your camp weeks.
    It could look like this:

  4. Add capacity for each of your camp weeks. Don't forget to click through and add capacity for ALL of your schedules!

  5. Create tickets

    1. You can offer early bird prices which expire after a certain date

    2. You can create group tickets which admit more than one attendee, such as a combined child + sibling ticket

    3. You could use tickets options to force parents to choose between different in-camp activity options, such as arts & crafts vs football

    4. Tickets can be assigned to specific schedules (camp weeks) for customised pricing options

  6. Create add-ons

    1. These are perfect for offering early drop-off or late pick-up options

    2. These can also be used to sell merchandise or equipment

    3. Add-Ons can be assigned to specific schedules (camp weeks) for customised pricing options

      Note!
When creating new schedules in activities you have already saved, tickets and add-ons will NOT be automatically assigned to the new schedules. Make sure you review your ticket and add-ons settings to ensure that they are assigned to the correct schedules!

  7. Set up your booking questions

    1. If your question isn't in the list, just reach out and we can add it

    2. Don't forget to turn the feature on!

  8. Customise your booking confirmation email

    1. Add custom detail, such as a welcome message, and an image to the email your customers will receive when they book

  9. Set up your team

    1. Add team-members with restricted permissions to your activity so that they can access the registers
