We understand that there are some circumstances where your class has to be changed/cancelled.

If you need some changes or updates made to your class then you can request these within the specific activity, or alternatively contact us via support to help.

If you wish to cancel your class, then firstly un-publish it and also set the capacity to zero - this ensures no one else can book it! To cancel the attendees and process refunds, head to the bookings or register, find the appropriate attendee, and select cancel.
