How to create an online activity

To begin creating your online activity/class, login to the Activity Provider's portal and select the option “+ Add an activity”.

1. Fill in the fields with your activity's details and image as you would do when creating an in person activity/class. Note: These details will be shown to potential customers so take your time to complete them. You can edit these details later on, even after publishing the activity.

2. Under the Location section, select "Online" as an option and fill in the details for the pre-booking and post-booking fields:

  • Pre-booking: Information communicated on the Activities Details Page.

  • Post-booking: Information communicated in the booking confirmation email.

Before a booking is taken users will be able to switch an activity between ‘In person’ and ‘Online’. However, after a booking is taken we will lock this functionality.

Note: Remember that you will need to generate video conference links manually through your preferred app and send these links to your attendees.

3. Continue to fill in the rest of the details as you would do with an in person activity/class.
