From arts and crafts to sports and games, you’re sure to discover something new to try. So, let's dive into this step-by-step guide on how to book an activity on Pebble:
1) Selecting the class you would like to book
After you’ve made your search (click here to read more about searching for the perfect activity), press the green 'Book' button to start checking out!
2) Choosing between "Block Bookings" or "Single Sessions"
A block booking is typically over a longer period of time. When you check out, you are checking out for all of the dates and times included in that block.
A single session booking allows you to pick one or multiple dates and times and check out, without committing to the whole block.
a) Review the available ticket options
b) Expand the block to view all dates and times
c) Click 'Get Tickets' to proceed to the next stage
You can now:
Pick as many dates and times as you like and only checkout once!
a) Click 'Select' to add a session to your basket
b) Click anywhere else on the calendar to add another session to your basket
c) Review your selections by tapping the drawer at the bottom of your screen
d) Remove any of your sessions by clicking the X in the drawer or clicking Remove next to the session time
e) Click 'Add Tickets' to proceed to the next stage!
Note - if you are booking a camp and cannot find single sessions available, we recommend searching via https://activities.bookpebble.co.uk/ for your location and seeing from the full list of activities available
3) Choosing your tickets
Next, you can decide how many tickets you want to book, and assign your attendees across any of the available ticket options.
If you are booking more than one session, please note that any tickets added here will apply to all of your selected sessions.
You will be able to see the final price consolidated inside the "Book" button.
Once you have decided which tickets you want, you'll be prompted to either log in or checkout as a guest:
Checking out as a guest is a quick and easy way to make your booking, but we won't be able to save your details for next time! If you create an account with us, you'll be able to see your booking history as well as save your details for a quicker checkout next time!
4) Adding your attendees
If you are a registered user, you will be able to select your attendees from a saved drop-down. Otherwise, you can input these details on this page.
You can also add a promotional code on this screen before proceeding to payment.
Please ensure that you check all of your attendee information, your chosen tickets, and your date/time selections before proceeding. Please note that if you click 'Back' here, your basket will not be saved.
Please note that if you are booking more than one session, all of your attendees on this screen will be booked in for all of your selected sessions.
Please ensure you read and consent to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before clicking on "Proceed to payment".
5) Enter payment information
At this final stage, you can enter your payment details before finishing the booking process.
If you are logged in, your payment details will be saved, or you can input new details at this screen.
You can now:
Pay with link for faster, secure checkout!
Spread the cost or pay later with Klarna!*
Checkout faster with Apple Pay or Google Pay on mobile!
Pay via childcare vouchers and tax free childcare**
To pay by childcare vouchers or tax free childcare, select 'Proceed to payment' then select 'Pay with Poncho Pay'
